Description
BD-MUX04-V5, which was developed by BAUDCOM, provides various features and applies to different networking, meeting customers’ requirements. BD-MUX04-V5 is the latest generation of PCM Multiplexer of BAUDCOM. With the small size, lower power consumption, high reliability, BD-MUX04-V5 is easy to maintain and manage, which saves space in the equipment room and minimizes the CAPEX and OPEX.
Specification
BD-MUX04-V5 supports multiple protection mechanisms as follows:
● E1 1+1 protection of both intra-card and inter-card
● E1 Ring Protection of both intra-card and inter-card
● STM-1/4/16 SNCP and 1+1 MSP
● 1+1 Dual Controller protection
● Main Control Card 1+1 protection
● Power Card 1+1 protection
● All cards are hot-swappable
BD-MUX04-V5 supports the following services on different ports:
● PCM voice services on FXO, FXS, hotline, magnet, 2/4-wire audio ports and EM
● Low-speed synchronous data services (N x 64 kbit/s V.35, X.21, and C37.94 data), asynchronous data services (RS-232/V.24/V.28, RS-422, and RS-485/V.11), 64 kbit/s G.703 co-directional data/C37.94 teleprotection interface, Dry contact interface, High voltage protection interface etc.
● PDH services through the E1, E3/DS3 ports.
● Ethernet services including switching (VLAN), channel Ethernet services (Transparent).
● Support Layer-3 routing card, RS-232/RS-485 conference, 2-wire/4-wire audio voice conference, analog telephone conference.
