time, it also meets the technical requirements of the corresponding national
standards and the Ministry of Information Industry standard YD/T 901-2009 for
optical cables, raw materials should meet the requirements of relevant
national standards (the outer sheath should comply with YD/T 1485-2006, Ointment
and fiber paste should comply with YD/T 839.3, the steel strip should comply
with YD/T723.3, etc.)

Loose Tube Technology

Loose
tube technology is to put the once-coated colored optical fiber in a PBT
sheathed plastic tube. The optical fiber is usually placed in the middle
according to the designed extra length. The loose tube is filled with
thixotropic ointment to prevent water infiltration. The excess length of the
loose tube is stable, non-hydrolyzable, soft and easy to construct.

 

Optical Cable Structure

The double-sided
plastic-coated corrugated steel strip with a thickness of 0.2mm is
longitudinally wrapped outside the central tube strap, and the interface
overlaps. This structure has excellent moisture resistance.

MDPE (LSZH) outer sheath with two thin round steel wires (diameter 0.6-1.0mm)

number, gross weight (kg), manufacturing year and month, arrow indicating the
normal direction of rotation of the cable reel, minimum allowable bending
radius of the optical cable outer diameter and optical cable

4. Packing:
when optical cable reel leaving the factory, the diameter of the core is not
less than 30 times the outer diameter of the optical cable, the end of the
optical cable is sealed and fixed in the tray, the inner end of the optical
cable can be drawn out not less than 3 meters.
